许芝银教授治疗乳腺疾病经验举隅

Experience of Professor Xu Zhiyin in the Treatment of Breast Diseases

目的总结许芝银教授中医药治疗乳房疾病的经验。方法分析许芝银教授收治的4例乳腺疾病患者症状,采用中医辨证理论,根据患者的诊断证型,实施龙胆泻肝汤加减辨证治疗。结果 4例乳腺疾病患者经许教授治疗后,症状均得到明显缓解。结论许芝银教授巧用龙胆泻肝汤治疗,分析中医辨证用药理论,为乳腺疾病的中医辨证治疗提供参考。

Objective To summarize the experience of Professor Xu Zhiyin in the diagnosis of breast diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.Method Based on the analysis of the symptoms of 4 patients treated by Professor Xu Zhiyin with breast disease,using the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation,according to the diagnosis of the patient’s syndrome type,modified Longdan Xiegan decoction based on syndrome differentiation treatment was applied.Result After treatment by Professor Xu Zhiyin,4 patients with breast disease’s symptoms have been significantly relieved.Conclusion Professor Xu Zhiyin skillfully used Longdan Xiegan decoction for treatment,and analyzed the theory of syndrome differentiation drug use in traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases.
