补肾涤痰化瘀汤治疗原发性高血压临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bushen Ditan Huayu Decoction in Treating Primary Hypertension

目的探讨补肾涤痰化瘀汤治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将2017年4月—2018年4月治疗的120例原发性高血压患者随机分为2组,对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片口服治疗,观察组在此基础上服用补肾涤痰化瘀汤治疗,2个疗程后比较2组患者的治疗效果、血压血脂变化、症状改善情况及生活质量。结果观察组治疗有效率为96. 67%,明显高于对照组的83. 33%(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后SBP、DBP、TC、TG、HDL-C水平明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组眩晕、头痛、耳鸣、腰膝酸软、疲倦乏力、肢体麻木等中医症候积分明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后生理症状、躯体症状、焦虑、压抑、强迫状态、人际关系敏感、工作状态、日常生活能力、认知能力方面评分明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论补肾涤痰化瘀汤治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效确切,血压控制平稳,生活质量明显提高,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Ditan Huayu decoction in the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods120 patients with essential hypertension who were treated in department of cardiology from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets orally.On the basis of this,the observation group was treated with Bushen Ditan Huayu decoction.Treatment continued 2 courses.The therapeutic effects,blood pressure and lipid changes,symptom improvement and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was96.67%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,HDL-C levels of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The vertigo,headache,tinnitus,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,fatigue,limb numbness symptom score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological symptoms,somatic symptoms,anxiety,depression,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,work status,daily life ability and cognitive ability in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Bushen Ditan Huayu decoction in the treatment of primary hypertension is accurate,which can control blood pressure and improve the quality of life of patients.It has important clinical significance.
