新加芍草汤辅助治疗脑卒中后肌痉挛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xinjia Shaocao Decoction in the Treatment of Tendon after Stroke

目的探讨新加芍草汤辅助治疗脑卒中后肌痉挛的临床效果。方法选择2017年6月—2019年1月收治的80例脑卒中后肌痉挛患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组给予巴氯芬治疗,观察组给予巴氯芬联合新加芍草汤治疗,比较2组疗效、肌张力、运动功能及日常生活能力。结果观察组肢体运动功能Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评定量表、改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)评分及疗效均比对照组高,改良Ashworth量表法(MAS)比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论脑卒中后肌痉挛给予巴氯芬联合新加芍草汤治疗,可有效提高患者肢体运动功能及生活能力,改善肌张力,且疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xinjiao Shaocao decoction in the treatment of tendon after stroke.Methods Eighty patients with post-stroke tendon admitted from June 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with baclofen.The observation group was treated with baclofen combined with Xinjiao Shaocao decoction.The efficacy,muscle tone,motor function and daily living ability between the two groups were compared.Results The Fugel-Meyer(FMA)rating scale and the modified Barthe Index rating scale(MBI)scores and efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The modified Ashworth scale method(MAS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The difference had significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinjiao Shaocao decoction in the treatment of tendon after stroke can effectively improve the limb’s motor function and living ability,improve muscle tone,and the curative effect is remarkable.
