基于个性化护理的穴位贴敷联合红外照射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Application Combined with Infrared Irradiation on the Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Based on Personalized Nursing

目的探讨穴位贴敷加红外照射联合个性化护理对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法将150例DPN患者随机分为观察组、安慰组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予基础治疗和常规护理干预,观察组给予穴位贴敷加红外照射治疗及个性化护理干预,安慰组给予穴位贴敷安慰剂加红外照射治疗及个性化护理干预。对比3组多伦多临床评分(TCSS)、震动感觉阈值(VPT)检查结果、生活质量评分、治疗总有效率及护理质量。结果干预后,3组TCSS评分、VPT检查结果、生活质量评分均明显改善(P <0. 05),3组之间对比差异明显(P <0. 05),观察组最优,安慰组次之;观察组和安慰组健康教育知识知晓率较对照组提升更为明显(P <0. 05),观察组和安慰组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组和安慰组护理质量对比差异不明显(P> 0. 05)。结论穴位贴敷加红外照射联合个性化护理可明显改善DPN患者神经功能和生活质量,提高医疗和护理效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint sticking and infrared irradiation combined with personalized nursing on the efficacy and quality of life of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 150 patients with DPN were randomly divided into observation group,placebo group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment and routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given acupoint application combined with infrared irradiation treatment and personalized nursing intervention.The placebo group was given acupoint application placebo combined with infrared irradiation treatment and personalized nursing intervention.Toronto clinical scores(TCSS),vibration sensory threshold(VPT)check result,quality of life score,total treatment effectiveness,and quality of care between groups was compared.Results After intervention,the TCSS scores,VPT check result and quality of life scores of the three groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the differences between the three groups were significant(P<0.05).The observation group was the best,followed by the placebo group.The awareness rate of health education knowledge in the placebo group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the placebo group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in the quality of care between the observation group and the placebo group was not the same(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint sticking and infrared irradiation combined with personalized care can significantly improve the neurological function,quality of life of patients with DPN and medical and nursing effects.
