中药外敷联合中医情志护理在晚期食管癌疼痛患者中的应用效果

目的探究中药外敷联合中医情志护理对晚期食管癌疼痛患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2016年9月—2018年9月收治的54例晚期食管癌疼痛患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组(27例)与观察组(27例),对照组行常规护理,观察组采取中药外敷联合中医情志护理干预,比较2组干预前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]及生存质量[欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织食管癌患者补充量表(EORTC QLQ-OES18)]。结果观察组干预后VAS、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,EORTC QLQ-OES18量表各领域评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论晚期食管癌疼痛患者采取中药外敷联合中医情志护理干预可缓解疼痛,改善负性情绪,提高生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional care on the quality of life of patients with advanced esophageal cancer pain.Methods A total of 54 patients with advanced esophageal cancer pain who were admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group(27 cases)and the observation group(27 cases)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The observation group took the traditional Chinese medicine external application combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention.The pain level before and after the intervention[visual analogue scale(VAS)],negative emotion[Sath Self-rating Scale(SAS),depression self-rating scale(SDS)]and quality of life[European Cancer Research and Treatment Organization Esophageal Cancer Patient Supplement Scale(EORTC QLQ-OES18)]between the two groups was compared.Results The scores of VAS,SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The scores of EORTC QLQ-OES18 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional care on the quality of life of patients with advanced esophageal cancer pain can relieve pain,improve negative emotion and the quality of life.
