四个经典方利胆和调整肠道菌群作用的研究

肝胆病的治疗中多以利胆方剂为主,调节胆汁的代谢,以恢复肝胆正常功能。而胆囊切除术多使患者失血、夺气,因此术后多加用补益方剂进行调整,以促进机体功能恢复。且中药在调整肠道菌群中亦具有重要作用,间接对机体起调节作用。现将茵陈蒿汤、小柴胡汤、大柴胡汤、四君子汤四个经典方剂在利胆、调节肠道菌群方面进行分析,综述。
