淀粉浴辅助治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Starch Bath in the Assistant Treatment of Senile Skin Pruritus

目的探讨淀粉浴辅助治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月收治的60例老年皮肤瘙痒症患者,根据随机数字表法将患者平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组行保湿剂及盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组行淀粉浴联合保湿剂及盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊。比较2组瘙痒程度、皮损面积、不良反应、家属满意率。结果观察组4周后的总有效率及家属满意率均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗过程中,观察组2例、对照组1例出现嗜睡。结论淀粉浴辅助治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症患者效果好,家属满意率高,经济适用。

Objective To explore the effect of starch bath in the treatment of skin pruritus in the elderly.Methods Sixty elderly patients with skin pruritus were selected from January to December 2018 in our department.The patients were divided into observation and control group on average according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with moisturizer and levocetirizine hydrochloride capsule,while the observation group was treated with starch bath on the basis of the control group.The differences of itching degree,skin lesion area,adverse reactions and satisfaction rate of family members between the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate and family satisfaction rate of the observation group after 4 weeks were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the course of treatment,2 cases in the observation group and 1 case in the control group had sleepiness.Conclusion Starch bath in the assistant treatment of elderly patients with skin pruritus has good effect,high family satisfaction rate,and is economic and applicable.
