祛毒消肿汤对低位肛瘘术后切口愈合进程的影响

目的探讨祛毒消肿汤对低位肛瘘术后肛门压力及切口愈合进程的影响。方法选择2016年2月—2019年1月收治的60例行低位肛瘘术患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组给予高锰酸钾熏洗治疗,观察组给予高锰酸钾联合祛毒消肿汤治疗,对2组肛门压力、切口愈合进程及疗效进行比较。结果治疗前,2组Wexner评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后,观察组Wexner评分较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组切口愈合、疼痛消失及水肿消失等时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论行低位肛瘘术患者给予祛毒消肿汤有效提高术后肛门功能,缩短切口愈合时间且疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qudu Xiaozhong decoction on anal pressure and wound healing after low anal fistula operation.Methods 60 patients with low anal fistula who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate fumigation and washing,while the observation group was treated with potassium permanganate combined with Qudu Xiaozhong decoction.The anal pressure,healing process and curative effect of the two groups were compared.Result Before treatment,there was no significant difference in wexner score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,wexner score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of incision healing,pain disappearance and edema disappearance in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qudu Xiaozhong decoction can effectively improve the anal function,shorten the healing time of incision in patients with low anal fistula.
