灯芯灸治疗急性期带状疱疹临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wick Moxibustion in the Treatment of Acute Herpes Zoster

目的观察灯芯灸治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年8月—2019年4月收治的80例急性期带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用静脉滴注阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组在此基础上采用灯芯灸进行治疗。对比2组患者治疗2周后的综合疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评定法(VAS)评分、水疱缓解时间、结痂时间、带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)发生率及不良反应发生率。结果治疗结束后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。经过治疗,2组患者VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者水疱缓解时间、结痂时间、PHN发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2组患者治疗期间均未发生严重治疗相关不良反应。结论灯芯灸治疗急性期带状疱疹效果确切,可明显缓解患者疼痛,促进水疱缓解和结痂,降低PHN发生率,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of wick moxibustion in the treatment of acute herpes zoster.Methods From August 2018 to April 2019,80 patients with acute herpes zoster admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of acyclovir.The observation group was treated with wick moxibustion.The combined efficacy,pain visual analogue assessment(VAS)score,blister relief time,crusting time,incidence of postherpetic neuralgia and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blister relief time,crusting time,and PHN incidence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious treatment-related adverse events during the treatment period.Conclusion The effect of wick moxibustion on acute herpes zoster is obvious,which can relieve the pain of patients,promote the relief and scarring of vesicles,reduce the incidence of PHN,and have no obvious side effects.
