Objective To explore the effect of Tongyang decoction combined with routine treatment of inflammatory reaction in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients with first-episode acute cerebral infarction treated in our department from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.40 patients in the control group were treated with routine treatments such as lowering intracranial pressure, anticoagulation, antioxidation and lipid-lowering for patients with acute cerebral infarction.40 patients in the experimental group were treated with Tongyang decoction on the basis of routine treatment.Acute cerebral infarction patients, the changes of inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of TNFalpha and CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Tongyang decoction combined with routine treatment on acute cerebral infarction patients can reduce the inflammatory response, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
