身痛逐瘀汤合四逆散治疗疑难性疼痛验案1则

A Case Report of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Sini Powder in the Treatment of Complicated Pain

疼痛属于中医学'痹症''头痛''胸痹''腹痛'等疾病的范畴,肝郁气滞、寒凝血瘀、血虚血瘀、痰浊湿阻是疼痛的常见病机。疑难性疼痛原因不明,病情复杂,病程较长,久病入络,往往合并情志不畅。《医林改错》之身痛逐瘀汤活血通络,合并疏肝解郁之四逆散,共筑活血行气、疏肝解郁之功,治疗难治性疼痛疗效显著,运用得当,效如桴鼓。

The pain belongs to the category of arthralgia,headache,chest discomfort and celialgia and so on in traditional Chinese medicine.It is pathogenesis includes liver depression and qi stagnation,cold-coagulation blood-stasis,blood deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm retention.The complicated pain always unexplained accompanied by long illness time and poor emotion.Therefore,combination with Sini powder and Shentong Zhuyu decoction from Yilin Gaicuo has curative effect on promoting flow of qi and blood circulation,and coursing liver qi and resolving repression if used appropriately.
