中医护理在类风湿关节炎疼痛管理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Pain Management of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探究中医护理在类风湿关节炎疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月—2018年7月接受治疗的类风湿关节炎患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医护理。持续护理6个月结束后,将2组患者护理前1 d与护理结束后的视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分与健康调查简表(The MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)评分进行比较。结果与护理前1 d比较,2组患者护理6个月结束后的VAS评分较低而SF-36评分较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);与对照组比较,观察组护理6个月结束后VAS评分较低,SF-36评分较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论中医护理在类风湿关节炎疼痛管理中的应用价值较高,能有效减轻患者的疼痛感,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in pain management of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Ninety patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine care and the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine.At the end of 6 months of continuous care,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and the health survey summary(SF-36)of the two groups of patients before and after the end of nursing were compared.Results Compared with 1 d before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower at the end of 6 months and the SF-36 scores were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,after 6 months,the VAS score of the observation group was lower and the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing has a high value in the management of rheumatoid arthritis pain,which can effectively alleviate the pain of patients and improve their quality of life.
