Study of Lianxiaxiaopi Capsule Long Term Toxicity

目的 观察连夏消痞胶囊对大鼠和狗的长期毒性 ,为临床应用提供毒理学依据。方法 连夏消痞胶囊经口服给药 13周后和 2周恢复期后测定血常规、血生化、脏器系数及各器官的病理学检查。结果 连夏消痞胶囊在给药期间、给药后和恢复期均未显示出毒性。

Aim To observe long term toxicity of Lianxiaxiaopi capsule.Methods Determining blood regular and blood biochemistry of the tested animals.Making viscera index and examining their pathological changes.Results During the period of taking Lianxiaxiaopi capsule and recovering,the rats and dogs do not express any toxicity.Conclusion In the tested dosage scope,Lianxiaxiaopi capsule is safe.
