摘要
以Fe/FeAl2O4为原料利用等离子放电热压烧结制备金属陶瓷,研究不同烧结温度对制备出的金属陶瓷致密性、微观组织与性能的影响。结果表明:在1300℃1500℃范围内,随着烧结温度提高,致密性和弯曲强度先升高后略微下降,金属陶瓷的硬度提高,在烧结温度为1450℃时金属陶瓷相对密度达到97.23%,弯曲强度为313.5MPa,硬度为3250.55MPa。
Using Fe / FeAl_2O_4 as raw material by plasma discharge heat producing metal ceramic pressure sintering process,study effect of microstructure and properties of different sintering temperature on the densification of ceramic,metal. The results showed that: at 1300℃-1500 ℃ range,with the increase of sintering temperature,density and bending strength increased first and then decreased slightly,the hardness of metal ceramic increased,the sintering temperature is 1450 ℃ when the metal ceramic relative density of 97. 23%,bending strength 313. 5MPa,hardness is 3250. 55 MPa.
