摘要
羧甲基淀粉(AA)接枝丙烯酸(AC)正交优化合成高吸水树脂,并用红外光谱分析该树脂结构。其最优工艺参数为:AA:AC=1:10;交联剂为0.06%(相对AA的wt%);引发剂为0.65%(相对AA的wt%);单体中和度为50%;体系总水量60m L。该条件下得到的树脂产品吸纯水量高达2820 g/g。该高吸水树脂在120min基本达到吸水平衡,可在p H=4~10的范围内和较高温度下使用。
Acrylic acid were grafted onto carboxymethyl starch potato starch for synthesizing superabsorbent,analyzed structure and surface morphology of the resins by means of IR,X- ray diffraction analyzer and scanning electron microscope. The optimal process parameters were as follows: the contents of initiator and cross- linking agent were 0. 65% and 0. 06%,the neutralization degree of acrylic acid was50%,total water consumption 60 m L; the mass ratio of potato starch to acrylic acid was 1: 12. Under this condition,the pure water consumption is as high as 2820 g / g. This high water absorbing resin in the120 min basically reached the water balance,the resin can be used in the range of p H = 4 ~ 10 and higher temperature condition.
