摘要
采集环境振动能量为无线传感器等电子产品供电,是这些电子产品摆脱电池供电束缚而超长时间服役的重要策略。在此应用需求推动下,近年来利用压电膜制备小尺度振动能量采集器成为了科技工作者们广泛关注的研究热点。本论文首先从压电膜的种类出发,分析了含铅钙钛矿结构、AIN和ZnO以及新型无铅压电膜三大类振动能量采集器的发展现状;随后从器件的几何构造出发,归纳了低频点和宽频带两大类器件,并讨论了它们各自的发展现状。
Energy harvesting of environmental vibration is one of the most important strategies for ensuring that wireless sensors break the restricting of batteries' capacity and serve for long time. By(considering of the type of piezoelectric films, various piezoelectric energy harvesters with miniature size were analyzed, including Pb-based perovskite, AIN and ZnO devices, as well as new lead-free devices. Piezoelectric harvesters with different architectures was also discussed, which were involved in energy harvesting devices with low resonant frequency and wide frequency bandwidth,respectively.
