摘要
本文提出了一种基于LTCC技术的L波段高通滤波器的设计。该滤波器采用对称结构,降低设计复杂度,通过馈电端口特殊结构的空间耦合效应,增加传输零点。经过电路仿真及三维电磁场仿真优化,最终设计的带通滤波器尺寸为3.2mm×1.6mm×0.94mm。仿真结果为,滤波器的截止频率1200MHz,带内插损小于3dB,驻波比优于1.3,阻带抑制大于40dB(0~800Mhz)。
An L-band high-pass filter based on LTCC technology is presented in this paper.The filter adopts a symmetric structure,reduces the design complexity,and increases the transmission zero through the spatial coupling effect of the special structure of the feed port.After circuit simulation and 3d electromagnetic field simulation and optimization,the final design of bandpass filter size is 3.2mm x 1.6mm x 0. 94mm.The simulation results show that the cut-off frequency of the filter is 1200MHz,with interpolation loss less than 3dB,the standing wave ratio is better than 1.3,and the stopband inhibition is greater than 40dB ( 0~800Mhz) .
