摘要
某增速齿轮箱的行星轮在热处理后发现开裂现象。为查找该行星轮开裂的原因,分别从裂纹形貌、裂纹走向、组织、硬度等方面进行了裂纹原因分析。结果表明:行星轮的开裂是产生于渗碳后的空冷过程中,并且当三要素同时具备时,零件空冷开裂的概率大增。
A planet gear of speed increasing gearbox cracked during heat treatment. To find the reason, analyses of crack shape, crack direction, microstructure, and hardness have been done. The results show: The cracks appear during air cooling after carburization and caused by three factors. When the three factors appear at the same time, probability of component to crack will increase obviously.
