摘要
本文主要论述了信息化技术对风电齿轮热处理工艺制定、过程控制及结果反馈的重要作用。并通过数值模拟在风电齿轮渗碳淬火中的应用实例分析,近一步探讨了信息化技术在热处理中的重要应用价值及尚需解决的问题。
The effect of informatisation manufacturing technology in heat treatment process, control and feedback was discussed in this paper. Its great importance on the heat treatment and unsolved problems were further discussed with an application of carburizing and quenching of wind power gear by numerical simulation.
