摘要
铁电单晶材料的断裂韧性很低,在力、电等载荷单独或协同作用下很容易萌生微裂纹,并使其扩展,从而导致铁电单晶的断裂。从力载荷、电场载荷、力电协同载荷以及环境断裂几个方面概述了近年来铁电单晶断裂行为的实验研究进展,并提出了一些当前铁电单晶断裂行为实验研究方面的建议。
Because of the low fracture toughness, ferroelectric single crystal are brittle and susceptible tocracking and fracturing when subjected to mechanical loading, electric field loading, electromechanical load-ing, etc. The experimental research progress on the fracture behavior of ferroelectric single crystals under me-chanical loading, electric field loading, electromechanical loading and environment are summarized. Mean-while, some suggestions about the present experimental study on the fracture behavior of ferroelectric singlecrystals are proposed.
