用机械化学合成法制备抗坏血酸钙

Preparation of calcium ascorbate by mechanochemical synthesis

以抗坏血酸和活性钙为原料,利用机械化学合成法制备了抗坏血酸钙。在实验过程中,用红外光谱分析(KBr压片)来检测反应进程。产品各项指标均符合GB15809-1995和USP(1995)标准。和其它工艺相比,本工艺产品成本低,设备投资少,生产周期短,产品质量高,适用于工业化生产。此方法在国内尚未见报道。

Calcium ascorbate has been prepared by mechanochem ical synthesis method using ascorbic acid and active calcium as the raw material.In the experiment,the reaction process was tested by infrared spectrog raphic analysis.All indices of the product were in accord ance with the standard of the GB15809-1995and USP(1995).Compared with other methods ,the costs of production and equipment investment are very low,the period of production is very short and the quality of the product is excellent.This technolog y is suitable for industrial production.We have not read the report concerning this method in China so far.
