摘要 目的探讨运动训练对脑梗死大鼠功能恢复的影响。方法用Wistar大鼠制作大脑中动脉阻塞(MACO)模型,48h后随机分为训练组20只、对照组20只和假手术对照组10只。运动组每天被动跑笼40min,各组均单独饲养于小鼠笼中。分别于术后48h,1,2,3和4周进行平衡、姿势反射和肌力评定。结果训练组各项功能恢复均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动训练有助于脑梗死大鼠功能的恢复。 Objective To investigate the effect of exercise training on functional recovery after cerebral infarction in rats.Methods The right middle cerebral artery was occluded(MCAO) with electric coagulation in Wistar rats .The rats which were feeded in small cages were divided into three groups at random 48 hours later : training group which were given wheel running exercise everyday (n=20);control group (n=20) and sham operated group (n=10). The balance function ,posture reflex and muscle strength were evaluated at 48 h,1 w,2 w,3 w and 4 w after the MCAO. Results The functions in training group recovered better than those in control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Exercise training can improve the function recovery after cerebral infarction in rats.
