On the Improvement of the System of Athletic Team's Thought and Political Jobs

本文试图根据系统论基本原理,在对运动队思想政治工作现状的访问调查基础上,探讨运动队思想政治工作体系的结构、相互联系,并对健全这一体系提出一些看法。

According to the basic principle of systemalogy, and on the basis of an investigation made into the present situation of athletic team's thougkt and political jobs (ATPJ), this article tries to study the structure of the system of the ATPJ and the relationship between the jobs. And in the mean time, some ideas of how to improve this system are proposed.
