摘要
本文对评估指导思想、指标体系、因素、计算方法等一系列问题,进行了理论性和实质的探讨。特别提出评估重点应放在课堂教学这个中心环节,因为它是主因素。
In this paper, the author made a scientific research into a series of questions such as the evaluative guiding ideology, its targets, factors and the methods of calculating theoretically and essentially. He also pointed out emphatically that classroom teaching is the focal point of evaluation, because it is a key to fulfilling the teaching tasks.
