县域人口结构变化对农村学校学生流动影响的分析——以江西省部分县(市、区)数据为个案

An Analysis of the Influence of County's Demographic Structural Change on Students' Turnover in Rural Schools——A Case Study Based the Data from Partial Counties in Jiangxi Province

以城镇化背景下部分欠发达地区的县(市、区)数据为基础,对县域城乡人口结构、小学适龄儿童分布、小学留守儿童和农村教学点状况进行分析,构建城乡小学一年级在校生人数流动变化模型.研究结果表明:城镇化进程中乡村人口不断减少,农村学校小学一年级就读人数也在减少,并向城镇学校流动,而农村教学点数量却在增加.并通过抽样调研,进行实证分析,对经济欠发达地区农村学校的科学合理布局提出针对性建议.

Based on the data from the counties in some underdeveloped areas in the context of urbanization,this paper analyzes the urban-rural population structure of counties,the distribution of school-age children in primary schools,the left-behind children in primary schools and the situation of rural teaching centers,and constructs the turnover change model of the primary school students of grade one in urban and rural areas.The results show that:in the process of urbanization,the rural population is decreasing,the number of primary school students in rural schools is also decreasing and moving to urban schools,while the number of rural teaching locations are increasing.And by sampling survey,the paper has also undertaken an empirical analysis on the results and put forward some suggestions in terms of scientific and reasonable layout of rural schools in the under-developed areas.
