城市流动儿童与农村儿童体格状况的研究——基于社会经济因素的相关性分析

A Comparative Study on Physical Differences Between Urban Migrant Children and Rural Ones——A Correlation Analysis Based on Socioeconomic Factors

为了解流动儿童的健康状况,从社会经济因素分析流动儿童的体质差异,揭示社会经济因素影响流动儿童体质健康差异.采用ANOVA分析、ANCOVA分析和相关分析.使用SPSS 20.0对父母职业、父母受教育程度、家庭月收入进行ANOVA分析.流动儿童体格状况和社会经济因素的关系,以体格作为因变量,社会经济因素作为自变量,年龄为协变量使用ANCOVA分析评估流动儿童的体质差异,并对其进行相关分析.不论体格还是握力,城市儿童>流动儿童>农村儿童(p<0.001).相关分析结果发现,父母教育程度与体格与握力存在紧密相关(P<0.001).儿童体格及力量素质与社会经济因素存在较强的相关性(p<0.001).

In order to understand the health status of migrant children,this paper analyzes the physical differences of migrant children from the perspective of social and economic factors,and reveals the physical health differences of migrant children affected by these factors.ANOVA analysis,ANCOVA analysis and correlation analysis were used in the study.SPSS 20.0 was also used for ANOVA analysis of parents’occupation,parents’education level and family monthly income.Physical condition being as the dependent variable,socio-economic factors as the independent variable,and age as the covariate were used for an ANCOVA analysis to evaluate the physical differences of migrant children and conduct a correlation analysis on them.The result showed that urban children are stronger than migrant children,while migrant children are stronger than rural children(p<0.001)in terms of both physique and grip strength.The results of correlation analysis showed that parental education level was closely related to physique and grip strength(P<0.001),and children’s physique and strength quality were strongly correlated with socio-economic factors(P<0.001).
