江西省高等教育资源配置绩效研究——以江西省某省属普通本科高校为例

Research on the Performance of Higher Education Resource Allocation in Jiangxi Province

近年来,国家对高等教育的资金投入迅速增加,江西省对高等教育的投入也在不断加大,生均拨款增加迅速.但是,江西省高等教育投入仍然存在很多不足:一是相对于周边省份,教育资源投入仍然比较少;二是教育资源使用方面仍然存在配置不均衡、利用不合理、效率不高等问题.本文以江西省某省属普通本科高校为例,建立高等教育资源配置体系,通过主成分分析法对该校投入、产出以及绩效进行评价,并根据实证结果对如何提高江西省高等教育资源配置绩效提出合理建议.

In recent years,the state’s funding in higher education has increased rapidly.Jiangxi’s funding,especially the student unit funding in higher education has increased significantly.However,there are still many shortcomings in the fundingin higher education in Jiangxi.Firstly,compared with the surrounding provinces,Jiangxi’s funding in education resources is relatively small.Secondly,there are still problems in the use of educational resources,such as unbalanced allocation,unreasonable use,and inefficiency.This paper takes a general university in Jiangxi Province as an example to establish a higher education resource allocation system,evaluates the input,output and performance of the school through analysis of principal component,and based on the empirical results.And it provides scientific suggestions for how to improve the allocation of higher education resources in Jiangxi Province.
