摘要 介绍薄壁圆柱壳线压载荷作用下各类应力的解析解 ,在采用 MATL AB软件对 14组常用烘缸参数进行编程计算基础上 ,运用最小二乘法对 Mangelsdorf近似解作了修正 ,并导出壳体中部截面环向应力次大值的近似计算式。通过与 2 5 0 0 mm、 36 6 0 mm实物烘缸的有限元计算结果的比较 ,验证近似计算式的正确性。 The analytic solution of thin cylindrical shells under linear loads is introduced. Mangelsdorf approximate solution is modified on the basis of the calculation analysis for 14 sets dryers' dimension by computer programming with Matlab software. The approximate formulas of the second largest hoop stress of the middle section of the shell are derived. The veracity of those formulas is conformed by the comparision with the results of finite element analysis of 2500mm, 3660mm dryers.
