偶氮二向性黄色染料的合成

Synthesis of Azo Dichroic Yellow Dye

以对正丁基苯胺为原料,通过重氮化、一次偶合、水解、二次重氮化、二次偶合、缩合、精制等方法,合成了双偶氮二向性黄色染料,并进行了应用测试,得到了二向性比为7、稳定性较高的二向性染料。

One diazo dichroic yellow dye was synthesized from p-butylaniline by diazotization,primary coupling,hydrolysis,secondary diazotization,secondary coupling,condensation and refining.The application tests showed that the dichroic dye had a dichroic ratio of 7 and high stability.
