氧芴加氢裂化制备联苯工艺的研究

摘要 以自制催化剂SYRIC-40(Pt/Al_2O_3),采用固定床连续加氢方式,对氧芴加氢裂化制备联苯工艺进行了研究,主要考察了反应温度、压力、质量空速、气液比对加氢反应的影响。得到最佳反应温度400℃、压力1.8 MPa、质量空速0.05 h^(-1)、气液比200∶1。在此条件下催化剂连续运转50 h活性无明显下降,氧芴转化率在98%以上,联苯的收率在80%以上。 Dibenzofuran cracking by hydrogenation to prepare biphenyl using a catalyst named SYRIC-40(Pt/Al2O3) was investigated by a fixed-bed reactor. The optimum reaction conditions are that the temperature is 400 ℃,the hydrogen pressure is 1. 8 MPa,the mass space velocity of dibenzofuran is 0. 05 h-1 and the volume ratio of hydrogen to raw material liquid is 200 ∶ 1. The catalyst could be continuous operated for 50 h without a significant loss in its catalytic activity. The average yield of biphenyl of was above 80% and the conversion rate of dibenzofuran was above 98%.
