摘要
建立了一种基于荧光素汞在碱性条件下与S2 - 作用生成无荧光性的物质 ,从而使荧光素汞的荧光强度下降 ,根据荧光强度的下降值来测定水样中S2 - 含量的方法。测定范围为 0 .0 0 7~ 0 .8mg/L ,线性相关系数r为 0 .9987。大部分共存物质不干扰测定 ,加入甲醛溶液可消除CN- 的干扰 ,加入酒石酸可消除Fe3+的干扰 ,测定结果令人满意。
According to the descending fluorescence intensity values of mercury fluorescence,the concentration of S 2- is determined which is based on that mercury fluorescence can react with S 2- at the alkali condition.The determination range is between 0.007 mg/L and 0.8 mg/L and the linear relative coefficient is 0.998 7.Most of associated substances don't disturb determination.The disturbance of CN - can be eliminated by fromol and the distus bance of Fe 3+ can be eliminated by tartrate.The determination results are satisfactory.
