摘要
研究了Cr(Ⅵ )催化H2 O2 氧化溴甲酚红 (BR)的反应。在HAc -NaAc介质中 ,以溴化十六烷基吡啶 (CPB)为增敏剂 ,测定波长为 5 88nm ,Cr(Ⅵ )浓度在 0~ 0 .0 6mg/L内与吸光度呈线性关系。该法用于中成药乌鸡白凤丸中铬含量的测定 ,结果令人满意。
The reaction,catalysis of H 2O 2 and oxidization of BR by Cr(Ⅵ),is studied.The concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) between 0 mg/L and 0.06 mg/L has linear relation with absorption degree in the HAc-NaAc medium.The determination wave is 588 nm and the CPB is used as sensitizing agent.The method can be applied to determine chrome in one of traditional chinese medicine already prepared by a pharmacy.The results are satisfactory.
