摘要
建立了一种梯度升压微波消解样品、氢化物原子荧光光度法同时测定水样中砷、汞的方法。在优化实验条件下 ,水样中砷的检出限为 0 .0 7μg/L ,回收率为 95 .9%~ 1 0 2 % ;汞的检出限为 0 .0 1 μg/L ,回收率为 95 %~ 1 0 5 % ,具有操作简便、快速、干扰少、灵敏度高的特点。
A new way,determination of arsenic and mercury by hydride atomic fluorescence photometry,is set up to clear up samples by gradient pressure.At the optimitical conditions,the detecting limit of arsenic is 0.07 μg/L , the recovery rate is between 95.9% and 102%, the detecting limit ofmercury in water samples is 0.01 μg/L and the recovery rate is between 95% and 105%.The characters of the method are simple operation,rapid determination,little disturbance and high sensitivity.
