PHOTOCATALYTIC DEGRADATION OF PRINTERY WASTEWATER BY TiO_2/Ag MEMBRANE PHOTOCATALYST IMMOBILIZED ON ACTIVATED CARBON

摘要 采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备活性炭负载的 Ti O2 /Ag光催化膜 ,利用 SEM、EDS、XPS等方法对活性炭表面 Ti O2 /Ag的成膜性、主要元素及价态等进行表征。通过对特种印刷工业废水的光催化降解性能研究 ,确定了光催化剂用量、不同起始浓度、不同气量对光催化性能的影响 ; TiO_2 membrane photocatalyst immobilized on active carbon was prepared by Sol-gel technology. The element of Ag was immobilized on the TiO_2 membrane by the photo-reduction method. The SEM, EDS and XPS showed that the TiO_2/Ag membrane was uniform and continuous. The composite membrane photocatalyst was used for photo-degrade the printery wastewater. The data of initial COD of the wastewater was 500-900mg/L. The result of the photocatalytic degradation showed that the TiO_2/Ag membrane has higher photocatalytic activity than 0.33μm TiO_2 powder photocatalyst and TiO_2 membrane photocatalyst. Effect of the use level of the TiO_2/Ag membrane, the initial concentration of the wastewater and the gas florate on the degradation was discussed. The removal rate of COD reached 68.1% under the optimized condition after 3h irradiation. The degradation rate of the TiO_2/Ag membrane photocatalyst for the printery wastewater reached 58.2% in a continuous process by a pilot plant.
