絮凝法处理中药制药废水的试验研究 被引量:43

摘要 本文系统地研究了中药制药废水絮凝处理方法及其机理 ,所选絮凝剂有聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁 (PFS)、以及自制聚合硅酸硫酸铁 (PFSS)等。研究内容包括 :最佳投药量、p H值影响、温度影响以及与有机阳离子高分子絮凝剂配合使用效果等。研究结果表明 :PFS较 PAC有更好的絮凝效果 ;PFSS更适合该类废水的治理。所用絮凝剂都存在一最佳投药量 :PAC、PFS为80~ 1 0 0 mg/L,液体 PFSS为 1 .0 m L/L。有机阳离子高分子絮凝剂对 PFS、PAC可增强絮凝处理效果 ,而对 PFSS则效果不明显 ;水温在 2 0~ 40℃时对絮凝效果影响不大 ;p H值是影响絮凝效果的重要因素 ,如用纯碱或石灰调至碱性范围 。 The coagulation pretreatment of the wastewater fromthe Traditional Chinese Medicine by using inorganic polymer flocculents, such as PAC?PFS and PFSS, was studied in this paper. The optimum dosages of these flocculents? the effects of the pH value and the temperature were also studied. The effects of the composition between the inorganic polymer flocculents and the organic cation polymer flocculent(CPF-110) were also discussed in the coagulation process. The following research results were gained: The PFS is more efficient than the PAC in the coagulation treatment. The inorganic composite polymer flocculent PFSS(self-made) is the optimum flocculent for this kind of wastewater. Each flocculent used in this process has an optimum dosage. The optimum dosages of the PAC and the PFS are 80-100mg/L. The optimum dosage of PFSS(solution) is 1.0ml/L. The CPF-110 can enhance coagulation effects when it is compounded with PAC and PFS, but it can not improve coagulation effects of the PFSS. The temperature of wastewater can't apparently affect coagulation when it is from 20℃ to 40℃. The pH value of water affects apparently the coagulation effects. The proper pH range can be gained by adding Na_2CO_3 into the wastewater.
