Solving the ecological problems must be associated with city development. The building and development of an ecocity needs specific markets for ecoproducts, needs ecological aggregation of industries and the mode of greenblockeconomy developed from this aggregation. The construction and development of green shops and stores, which is specialized selling ecological products and techniques, is an effective approach solving the problems of supply-and-demand in the course of ecocity development. The greenblockeconomy mode which is formed by the integration of green shops and regional eco-industries, is impetus for the sustainable development of the region.
