摘要
通过对土地整理证券化的概念和特征的介绍 ,详细分析了其在土地整理中发挥集资作用的前提条件及在我国目前运用的可行性 ;结合我国目前情况 ,提出了土地整理证券化的运行模式。
On the basis of introduction to definition and character of the land repair-backed securitization, this paper profoundly analysis its premise conditions in the finance and utilizable possibilities to date. According to the present situations in our country, this paper proposes its operational methods.
