黑龙江省的草场资源及其开发利用方向研究

剖析了黑龙江省草场资源的现状 ;探究了 4个典型的地区的实际状况 ,明确了今后开发利用的方向 ;制定出诸如树立“以草为业”的观念 ,利用与保护相结合、发展优质牧草种植业、完善草原承包制度等发展措施。

This paper analyses the present situation of pasture resources in Heilongjiang Province,offers a thorough study about the practical conditions of the four typical areas,defines the direction of exploitation and utilization in the future and formulates the development measures such as'fostering the idea of professionals with grass',combining utilization with protection,developing the planting trade of good quantity grass and improving the contract and responsibility system of grass and improving the contract and responsibility system of grasslands.
