摘要 白腐菌 (Whiterotfungi)是目前所发现的对芳香族化合物有很强降解能力的一类微生物。本文探讨了降解芳香族化合物的白腐菌种及其代谢化合物的主要类型 ,分析了对不同化合物的不同代谢途径 。 White rot fungi are found to have the strong ability to biodegrade a large amount of aromatic compounds. Generally, these compounds undergo initial oxidation by the nonspecific peroxidases that are thought to function in the fungal ligninolysis, but the biodegradation pathways of various aromatic compounds are quite different. This review assorted the different species of white rot fungi together with the corresponding degradable pollutants according to the known researches. Some biodegradation pathways as well as the enzymological mechanism of different pollutants are also discussed simultaneously.
