摘要 对浙江省天台铅锌银尾矿污染区土壤酶活性进行了测定.结果表明,污染区土壤酶活性随着重金属污染程度的加剧而显著降低,其中脱氢酶和脲酶活性下降最明显.多元回归模型显著性检验表明,单一脱氢酶活性与矿区土壤重金属复合元素含量之间呈极显著相关,而单一脲酶、蛋白酶以及酸性磷酸酶活性与重金属复合元素含量呈显著相关.主成分分析结果显示,尾矿污染土壤的酶信息系统的第1、2主成分方差贡献率之和达98.06%,以第1、2主成分建立了2个土壤酶活性的综合指标(即总体酶活性),依据总体酶活性对各供试样本进行空间分类,其结果与以重金属含量为依据的划分结果基本上相吻合.可见,采用酶活性构筑的土壤信息系统的总体酶活性,表征矿区土壤的重金属污染状况是可行的. Soil enzymatic activities were determined in areas polluted by tailings from Tian Tai Pb, Zn, Ag mine in Zhejiang Province. The results showed the soil enzymatic activities decreased significantly with increase of contamination of heavy metals, especially dehydrogenase and urease activities. The result of multivariate regression model test indicated that single dehydrogenase activity was very significantly correlated with combined element content of soil heavy metals in mine area. Moreover, single urease, protease and acid phosphatase activities were significantly related to the combined content of heavy metals. The results of main component analysis show that the total distribution of first and second main components in the enzyme information system of soil polluted by mine tailings reaches 98.06%. The results of using these two components to establish the integrative index i.e. the total enzymatic activity as basic to classify various samples coincide basically with that based on the content of heavy metals. Thus, it is feasible to use soil total enzymatic activity of the soil information system constructed with enzymatic activity to indicate the pollution situation by heavy metals in the soil of mine area.
