摘要
论述了建立与完善清洁生产环境标准体系是促进清洁生产全面发展和实施清洁生产促进法的必要条件。并说明了建立的原则、框架、作用及完善步骤。
The paper explicates that the establ ishment and perfection of environme ntal standard system on cleaner production is a necessary condition for the promotion of full developmen t of cleaner production and the imple mentation of the promotion law of cleaner production.It also explains principles,frame work roles and perfectible steps in t he establishment of the system.
