摘要
甘肃省在H8SP项目过程中通过聘请人员、增添设备、加强培训与交流,结果显示省级项目管理与专家队伍力量得到加强,为县级提供了项目需要的技术援助。建议继续加强对卫生技术人员和财会人员的培训,加强省级对县级的技术援助,逐步建立可持续发展的机制。
During implementation of Health Ⅷ/H8SP Project in Gansu Province, some measures were developed including retaining specialists, equating facilities,enforcing training and communication.The outcome indicated that bility of province-level project management and power of specialist groups were strengthened, which offered technical support for county-level project implementation. Continuing to train health technical and fiscal staffs,enforce province-level technical support to county-level project areas, and establishing sustainable developing mechanism were advised.
