开展合作医疗 探索农民健康保障办法

Developing Cooperative Medicine, Exploring Methods of Peasant Healthy Insurance

重庆市巫溪县实施卫生Ⅶ项目/卫生Ⅷ支持性项目,逐步推行合作医疗制度,主要做法有:(1)领导重视,政策支持;(2)试点引路,稳步推进;(3)健全制度,统筹管理;(4)“软硬”结合,疏通筹措;(5)落实引导金,搞好合作制。结果表明,开展合作医疗,改善了村民、乡镇卫生院、政府三者之间的关系,改善了村民的健康。

Helth Ⅷ/H8SP Project was developed in WuXi County, Chongqing municipality, which implemented Cooperative Medicine system step by step.Some actions were as followed: (1)Project managers gave enough concern and policy support; (2)Project was developed steadily according to the experience in pilots; (3) Project system was complemented and given systemativ management; (4) Found for Cooperative Medical system was guaranteed at every aspects; (5)Pilot found was carried out to make cooperative medical system implement positively.The outcome indicated that by developing cooperative medicine, the relationships among villagers, county health stations and local governments were reformed and health of local villagers was improved.
