摘要
为促进卫生Ⅷ项目的实施,支持卫生部实施国家卫生改革与发展政策,通过改善农村基本卫生服务而减少贫困,我国政府利用英国政府国际发展部(DFID)资助实施了“卫生Ⅷ支持性项目(H8SP)”。H8SP的总目标同卫生Ⅷ项目一致,即:在所有的卫生Ⅷ项目县提高贫困人口对高质量基本卫生服务的可及性,从而使所选择的卫生Ⅷ项目地区农村贫困县人群的健康状况得到可持续性的改善。我区利用H8SP项目试点机会,通过加强妇幼三级网建设、广泛开展健康教育、强化孕产妇系统管理,从而提高了住院分娩率,有效降低了孕产妇死亡率和5岁以下儿童死亡率。
The Health Ⅷ/H8SP Project aimed at enhancing the accessibility of high quality health service of poor people, improving the health status of people in poor counties has been conducted in Qianjiang District in Chongqing municipality. Strengthening three - tied MCH networking, promoting health education,intensifying systematical perinatal management were introduced into the pilot district.The resulted showed that hospital delivery rate was improved and MMR and mortality rate of child under 5 years old were decreased.
