摘要 同型半胱氨酸 ( Hcy)是体内蛋氨酸代谢的中间产物 ,近年来的研究认为 ,先天性或获得性 Hcy代谢异常导致的 Hcy增高为独立于传统致病因素之外引起缺血性动脉硬化的一种危险因素。本文就 Hcy的代谢 。 Homocysteine is an intermediate in methionine metabolism. Recent studies showed that mild to moderate elevations of serum homocysteine caused by the abnormal congenital or acquired homocysteine metabolism are an independent risk factor for ischemic arteriosclerosis. This article reviewed the homocysteine metabolism, its pathogenic mechanism and the relationship of homocysteine and ischemic arteriosclerosis
