子宫全切术前妇女心理状态及相关因素分析

Women's psychological condition before hysterectomy and related factors analysis

探讨子宫全切术前妇女的心理状态及相关因素 ,为做好术前心理宣教及咨询提供依据 ,采用问卷调查分析了 2 2 8例妇女子宫全切术前的心理状态。结果 97.81%的妇女在术前存在紧张心态 ;49.5 6%的妇女有不同程度和不同方面的性问题 ;41.18%的人认为子宫很重要 ,是女性特征 ;97.3 7%的病人渴望与医生探讨自己的病情、术式及术后的有关问题 ,并渴望了解医生的技术水平。子宫全切术前大多数妇女为紧张心态且担心术后对性生活有影响 ,因此医生应做好术前宣教工作 。

Objective: Probe into the psychological condition of women before hysterectomy and related factors to provide the basis for psychological consultant and education before the operation. Methods: Questionair investigate and analyze the psychological condition of 228 women before hysterectomy. Results: 97 81% of women are nervous before operation; 49 56% of women have sexual problems at different degree and aspect; 41 18% of women regard the uterus as a very important character of women. 97 37% of women are long for discussing her illness, the methods of operation and related questions after the operation with her doctor. They also want to know skillful level of the doctor. Conclusions: The uterus is important to women .The most women are nervous before the operation and afraid about adverse affect on sexual life. The doctor should do well the education work before the operation that hysterectomy has no adverse effects on sexual life and body.
