摘要
目的 本研究采用卵裂球分离技术获取不同发育阶段人类早期胚胎单个卵裂球 ,对分散的人类早期胚胎单个卵裂球进行体外培养。对其进一步发育和分化进行研究 ,发现其影响因素。结果 2 0个 4-细胞、2个 3-细胞人类早期胚胎分散后获得单个卵裂球 83个 ,经体外培养后有 35个发育成为扩张囊胚。结论
Objective: To investigate the development potential of blastomeres isolated from human embryos by the technic of separating, then observe the development and to discover the affection of them. Results: 83 blastomeres were isolated from 20 4-cell and 2 3-cell human embryos. Of those, 35 developed to expanded blastocyst. Conclusion: Blastomeres isolated from the 4-cell human embryos have the competence to develop to expanded blastocyst.
