182对反复自然流产夫妇的细胞遗传学研究

The study on cell genetics of 182 couples with repeated spontaneous abortion.

本文对前来我室进行遗传咨询的 182对反复自发流产夫妇进行染色体分析 ,发现染色体异常核型 2 3例 ,异常发生率 6 32 % ,其中平衡易位 16例占 4 40 % ,倒位 6例占 1 6 5 % ,缺失 1例占 0 2 7% ;异常者中男性 8例占 2 2 0 % ,女性 15例占 4 12 % ;异常染色体涉及 1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、11、12、13、14、15、18、2 1、2 2各号染色体。此外发现染色体多态变异核型 32例 ,变异发生率 8 79% ,其中大Y 2 3例占 12 6 4% (2 3/ 182 ) ,小Y 7例占 3 85 % (7/ 182 ) ,Gp+ 2例占 0 5 5 % (2 / 36 4)。分别讨论了反复自发流产与染色体异常以及染色体多态性变异之间各自的关系。

To analysis of chromosome from 182 couples with early repeated spontaneous abortion. Abnormalities were found in 23 cases with detective rate of 6.32%, Abnormal chromosome included 1、2、3、4、5、6、7、9、11、12、13、14、15、18、21、22; and abnormal Karyoptypes were 16 cases translocation (4.40%)、 6 cases inversion (1.65%) and 1 cases deletion (0.27%), and man were 8 cases (2.20%) and woman were 15 cases (4.12%), Also 32 cases chromosome polymorphism, in which there were 23 cases Yq+ (12.64%)、7 cases Yq- (3.85%) and 2 cases Gp+ (0.55%) were found with detective rate of 8.79%. we have studied the relation about repeated spontaneous abortion, chromosome abnormal and chromosome polymorphism.
