摘要
目的:建立高效波相色谱法测定双黄连糖浆中黄芩甙的含量。方法:以硅胶键合相色谱柱为固定相,甲醇-冰醋酸-水(40:1:60)为流动相,检测波长为274nm,用归一化法定量。结果:黄芩甙在2.29~11.46μg范围有良好线性关系,r=0.9993,回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.68。结论:本方法测定双黄连糖浆中黄芩甙的含量,灵敏、准确、快速、简便,结果稳定,重现性好。能起到控制双黄连糖浆质量的作用,同时也适用于双黄连其他制剂中黄芩甙的含量测定。
Objective: To establish the high performance liquid chromatography for determination the content of baicalin. Methods: The chfomatographic column with silica gelatin bond being stationary phase and the methanol - glacial acetie acid - water (40: 1: 60) mobile phase, and the mensurated wavelength being 274nm, the normalized method was used to quantify the content of baicalin. Results: The Standard curve was linear over the range of 2.29 - 11.46μg ( r = 0.993), the mean rate of recovery was 98.3 % , and RSD was 1. 68. Conclusions: The HPLC is sensitive, accurate, high - speed, simple, convenient and has invariable results, good reappearance in determining the content of baicalin in biberberine syrup, not breaking its quality. It is also appropriate for other preparations of biberberine.
