北京市895名老年人慢性病现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis of the Chronic Diseases and Its Influencing Factors among 895 Elders in Beijing

目的探讨老年人慢性病现状及其影响因素。方法对北京市朝阳区社区和中关村社区 90 0名 6 0岁及以上老年人进行社区卫生服务问卷调查。结果北京市 895名老年人各种慢性病的患病率达 91.7% ,患有一种慢性病者 15 .2 % ,患有两种慢性病者 2 1.6 % ,患有三种及以上慢性病的老年人占 5 4 .9% ;慢性病患病率位于前五位的依次为高血压病4 2 .3%、白内障 35 .1%、冠心病 35 .0 %、颈椎病 2 5 .0 %、脑血管病 2 2 .0 % ;前五位主要慢性病自报患病率的影响因素为年龄、性别、文化程度、工作类型、月收入、医疗保障形式。结论老年人慢性病患病率高 ,年龄、性别、文化程度、工作类型。

Objective To study the status in quo of the chronic diseases and its influencing factors among the elders Methods A questionnaire survey of community based health services was performed among 895 elders of 60 years or older in Chaoyangmen and Zhongguancun communities,Beijing Results The prevalence rate of chronic disease among the 895 elders in Beijing was 91 7%,54 9% of whom suffered from more than three kinds of chronic diseases The top five ranks in chronic diseases and their prevalence rates were hypertension (42 3%),cataract(35 1%),cardiovascular disease(35 0%),neck vertebra disease(25 0%) and cerebrovascular disease (22 0%) The affecting factors for the prevalence of these five self reported chronic diseases were age,gender,education,job,income and medical protection Conclusion The chronic disease prevalence rate of the elderly is higher than other populations Age,gender,education,job,income and medical protection are the important affecting factors for elders
